Anyone have any experience with this http://users.accesscomm.ca/docsis_server/.

It is an dhcp server with a backend sql server. So far it has comipled on my machine. I having some minor issues with CPE's, but the author, Mike has been great to work with.

I just wanted to know if anyone out there is using it and what size plants do you have.

Yes I use docsis_server on plant with more than 10000 customers
with 2 Arris C4 Cmts and Motorola 510x as CM

docsis_server 2.0.4 work on FreeBSD 7.0 Server with small modification

I do not think my last reply went through.

How do you work with subinterfaces with docsis-server in a motorola enviroment.

What are you trying to do? I'm not very familiar with DOCSIS-Server, but I might be able to lend some advice from CNR/ISC-DHCP experience.

Post your configs and requirements and I'm sure you'll get some help.
